HEART Stories - the movie.
HEART Stories is a documentary video that introduces each HEART participant through interviews with HEART participants, volunteers, mothers, and staff. We hope you enjoy this heART Show as much as we enjoyed making it. heART Shows are what we spend most of our time on at HEART. Every 6-week session, we create something new. We produce plays, visual art galleries, performance art, music, dance, and now; documentary video!
At our May 29th heART Show we had a first time screening of HEART Stories - a movie we made over our April-May session that tells us a little bit about our HEART participants. We also had an impressive self portrait gallery on display where participants used different mediums to capture their essence. We are all very proud of this film and will continue working on it and sharing it in different forums, formats, & forms.
