Intending to be legally bound hereby, I agree to and do hereby release from liability, indemnify, and hold harmless HEART Inclusive Arts Community (“HEART”) and any of its employees, members, volunteers, contractors, or agents representing or related to HEART as regards any HEART activities. This release is for any and all liability for personal injuries and damages including, but not limited to, death, property losses, and/or property damage occasioned by, or in connection with, any activity or accommodations for HEART. Furthermore, I and the Volunteer do agree to abide by all the rules and regulations promulgated by HEART and/or its affiliate groups and vendors.

PHOTO & VIDEO RELEASE

I hereby authorize HEART to publish photographs and videos taken of me and to publish my name, for use in HEART’s printed publications, promotional materials, website, art shows, social media, etc. I release HEART from any expectation of confidentiality for myself. I understand that HEART will not use my photographs, videos, and name for profit. I acknowledge that since participation in publications, video installments, websites, and social media produced by HEART is voluntary, I will not receive financial compensation. I further agree that participation in any publication and website produced by HEART confers no rights of ownership whatsoever. I release HEART, its employees, members, volunteers, contractors, or agents representing or related to HEART from liability for any claims by me or any third party in connection with my participation. Privacy and Social Media Policy HEART understands that being a part of the program is fun and exciting, and that people may want to share on social media about their time at HEART. However, we must all respect the privacy and dignity of the HEART members (“HEARTists”). Volunteers are asked not to share to their personal social media accounts, websites, blogs, or other publications any photos, video, or other media which may include any HEARTists taken while participating at HEART. Volunteers must not share any personal information or private details about HEARTists with others. Volunteers will not photograph, video, or otherwise record HEARTists without the HEARTists’ knowledge and consent, and will not share those recordings without the consent of the HEARTists and HEART. If volunteers would like to share any photos, videos, recordings, etc., they may provide the same to HEART, who may share through its public accounts. HEART frequently posts to its public social media accounts, and volunteers are welcomed and encouraged to share those public HEART posts at any time.
